At EBEC, we believe in the potential of every student, and we're dedicated to providing them with the skills and knowledge they need for a successful transition from middle school to high school and beyond. Our Youth and Student Development Programs are designed to equip students with essential life skills and knowledge, setting them up for long-term success.

Our Core Programs

We offer a variety of programs focused on student development, including:
  • Let's Get Financially Lit: A fun and interactive program teaching students about money management and financial literacy. Topics covered include budgeting, saving, credit management, and investing, all tailored to engage and educate students.
  • Youth to Adult Success Programs (YAS): Preparing high school seniors for life after graduation and the challenges that come with it. YAS covers essential life skills, such as job search strategies, resume building, interview techniques, and navigating the college application process.

Additional Future Workshops for Youth and Students

We also plan to offer additional workshops covering a range of relevant topics, such as:
  • Career exploration and guidance: Helping students identify their strengths, interests, and potential career paths, and providing them with resources to pursue their chosen fields.
  • College and post-secondary education planning: Assisting students in researching and selecting appropriate colleges or vocational programs, applying for financial aid, and managing the application process.
  • Time management and organizational skills: Teaching students how to manage their time effectively, set priorities, and maintain a healthy balance between school, work, and personal life.
  • Social and emotional learning: Fostering students' self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making.
  • Goal setting and motivation: Guiding students to set achievable goals, develop action plans, and maintain motivation to overcome obstacles and achieve success.
